Professional engagements
Accessibility audit work is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement defining scope, timeline, deliverables, responsibilities, and fees.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate scope information, access, representative test data, project contacts, and applicable regulatory requirements.
No automatic certification
An audit report documents findings, evidence, and recommendations for the agreed scope. It is not a blanket certification of an entire website, application estate, or document portfolio.
Intellectual property
Website content, report templates, and service materials remain IAAP Audit property unless otherwise agreed.
