SEBI reporting note
C3 and C4 support depend on remediation and retest evidence
C3-style support usually relates to the initial accessibility audit/report submission support. C4-style support is prepared after remediation and retest or final status verification. Starter includes C3 and C4-style reporting for the quoted limited scope, but the audit and retest are automation-only.
Advanced includes automated and manual audit with retest for the quoted scope. IAAP-certified auditor sign-off wording is used only where available and applicable, and final submission wording should be reviewed before external use.

Does Starter include C3 and C4 report support?
Yes. Starter includes C3 and C4-style report support for the agreed limited scope. C4 is prepared after the client completes fixes and the included automation retest is completed.
Is C4 included?
Yes. C4-style reporting is included in Starter and Advanced for the quoted scope. The final C4-style output is issued only after remediation and retest because it needs final pass/fail status.
Why is retest included in Starter?
C4 needs retest status. Starter includes one automation retest cycle so the client can receive both initial and final report support for the limited scope. Manual retest is not included in Starter.
Does Starter include manual audit?
No. Starter is automation-only so pricing can stay practical. If the client needs manual audit, login-flow review, document audit, or assistive technology checks, Advanced is the better package.
Are documents included?
Starter does not include document audit. Advanced can include limited document audit based on an agreed document count or document page limit. Larger document batches are quoted separately.
Can we get ACR/VPAT also?
Yes, ACR/VPAT-style reporting can be added if required. It needs careful standards mapping and conformance remarks, so it is included only when scoped in the quotation.
Why can the final quote be higher than the starting price?
Starting prices are for defined baseline scopes. The quote increases when there are more pages, workflows, roles, documents, standards, compliance reports, retest cycles, or access complexity.
Can the price be reduced?
Yes, by reducing scope rather than audit quality. The first phase can focus on limited pages and automation-only C3/C4 support, then add manual audit, documents, ACR/VPAT, or broader coverage later.
